Hawar Mazhar is a Kurdish oil painter based in Erbil. Her original paintings are rooted in Kurdish memory, landscape, and everyday life, and each is painted by hand on canvas, shaped slowly by observation, storytelling, and a deep connection to place.
This original has found its home, but it can inspire a new commission. Every commissioned work is painted from scratch and remains one of a kind.
